The Economy Bachelor Degree Programme Graduates; will be equipped with knowledge of economic theories and systems. They will have developed analytical and decision-making skills critical for success and able to apply the concepts to real businesses.
The graduates will have knowledge of functional areas of business; accounting, finance, information technology, management, and marketing. They will have knowledge in core areas with an integrative view of economic concepts and the ability to interpret, analyse and present data.
The graduates will have knowledge of how markets work and why it matters and the roles of entrepreneurship & innovation in modern economies. The graduates will have the skills to analyse economic issues and tackle challenges that have both national and international importance.
The graduates will have a clear, holistic understanding of economic principles, concepts and ideas within the wider framework of the social and political environment.
