Graduate Program of Interior Design of Bahcesehir University offers the Degree of Master in Interior Design. Two-year program prepares students to their individual research and thesis with mandatory courses focusing on scientific research methods, analysis of data, criticism and discussions; and with elective courses that nourishes related specialization areas. Specialization areas in this program are; environmental psychology, design theories and methods, building science, and history, theory and criticism.
Program offers the completion of 3 mandatory, 4 elective courses and a Seminar in the first two successive semesters and preparation and submission of a thesis at the end of the next two semesters.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of design is required to apply to the masters program. Admittance to the program is through an interview and the evaluation of the portfolio, which consist of the previous work of the applicant, both undergraduate and work experience (if there is), in addition to the general requirements set forth by the university.
