    Önder Şahan, founder of Docklands Academy London and Tas Restaurant Group, will carry out the gastronomy seminars offered in our department in the spring semester of the 2016-2017 academic year. In this course, students will learn about business and entrepreneurship as well as apply the various dishes in the menus of restaurants in London together with our students in our kitchen.
