Human Resources Management Master’s Program is to work for people who want to work in human resources or to deepen their professional understanding in this field. In the design of the program, it is aimed to gain the ability of the human resources function of the course, to see the learning of the course, to apply human resources practices with global strategy. In this context, the compulsory courses in the program provide a basic perspective on management and human resources management in theory. Elective courses are more deceived, and the Learn program offers the opportunity to study of their own preferences. Selecting courses from other programs of the Institute enables our students to use their preferences in a wider area.
The business world is changing rapidly. It is not possible to respond to this rate of change with stereotyped information. In this Human Resources Management Master’s Program, it is aimed not to learnable solutions, but to develop intellectual capacity where they can produce solutions according to changing conditions.
Our teaching method is structured heavily on homework. They have the opportunity to deal with real applications about the stack and to get acquainted with the processes in business life. Thus, when our students complete the program, they have an application portfolio at their disposal.
Human Resources Management Master’s Program in 2013-2014 academic year, Prof. Dr. Hüner Şencan started education and a total of 65 students, 40 without thesis and 25 with thesis, have graduated from the program so far. In addition, 14 students from our campus in Bursa completed the master’s program without thesis.
