Physiotheraphy And Rehabilitation focuses on the health care specialities meant to restore health and functional abilities for people after acute illness or injury such as stroke, spinal cord injuries, heart surgery, amputation, joint replacement, sports injuries, or spinal disorders. Our graduates are dedicated to advancing their knowledge of effective physiotherapy and rehabilitation therapies, and delivering the best possible patient care. The duration of education is four years, and the education language is Turkish. Patient contact is an integral part of the educational program at an early stage, provided with summer practices and clinical training rounds.
Graduates can find job opportunities in universities, public and private university hospitals, rehabilitation centers, private clinics, sports clubs, industrial facilities, public health units, home rehabilitation offering centers, centers of sports and recreational activities for the healthy and the handicapped, schools, hotels with SPA centers, schools for the handicapped, and at primary health care centers.
