About the University

Istanbul Kent University, which accepted its first students in the 2017 – 2018 academic year, was founded by the Unimpeded Education Foundation (ENEV). Berna Yılmaz, the Chairwoman of the Board of Trustees, is known for providing educational opportunities for the disadvantaged children. Prof. Dr. M. Necmettin Atsü is the Rector of the University.

Built at the center of Istanbul, preserving the architecture of the historic German Hospital in Taksim, our University aims to raise talented, self-confident world citizens who can compete in national and international fields.
